摘 要:射孔枪在到达射孔目的层之前要经过的井段可能存在较大曲率,此时射孔枪会受到强制弯曲,应对其进行强度计算,来确定射孔枪是否可以安全通过特定曲率的井段。文中将射孔枪串的弯曲分为常规弯曲变形和极限弯曲变形,利用简支梁受集中力的计算模型推导出常规弯曲变形时的位移函数,利用等曲率圆的方程推导出极限弯曲变形时的位移函数。然后选取一段射孔枪串作为分析模型,利用通用的有限元软件,通过设置定向位移加载位移函数的方式,模拟射孔枪的弯曲,计算其最大应力值,并探讨不同孔密和不同长度对射孔枪弯曲时静强度的影响。The well section that the perforating gun passes through before reaching the perforation target layer may have a large curvature,and the perforating gun will be forced to bend at this time.Strength calculation shall be carried out to determine whether the perforating gun can safely pass through the well section with specific curvature.This paper divides the bending of perforating gun string into conventional bending deformation and ultimate bending deformation.Based on the calculation model of simply supported beam subjected to concentrated force,the displacement function of conventional bending deformation is derived.Based on the calculation model of simply supported beam subjected to concentrated force,the displacement function of conventional bending deformation is derived.Then we select a section of perforating gun string as the analysis model and use the general finite element software to simulate the bending of perforating gun by setting the directional displacement loading displacement function and calculate its maximum stress value.The influence of different hole density and length on the static strength of perforating gun during bending is also discussed.
