摘 要:相对于其他地层,盾构在砂土地层中施工的风险更大,但目前关于砂土地层中盾构隧道施工引起的土体变形研究较少.以郑州市地铁轨道交通12号线胡庄站—龙子湖西站区间双线隧道为工程背景,针对盾构穿越典型细砂地层,对双线盾构隧道施工引起的土体变形开展数值模拟和现场实测研究.主要得到以下结论:①在细砂地层中,后行盾构隧道施工对先行盾构隧道引起的土体沉降存在叠加效应,且先行盾构隧道施工引起的土体沉降比后行盾构隧道施工引起的土体沉降大;②细砂地层中,土体沉降量在盾尾脱出期间变化最大,并且隧道拱顶上方土体埋深越深,土体沉降变化量越大;③数值模拟结果与实测结果的差值在4mm左右,误差在可控范围内,验证了所采用的数值模拟方法的正确性;④盾构隧道的线间距、盾构掘进速度和注浆层弹性模量对土体沉降的影响比较大,在实际施工中应重点关注这几个参数.研究成果可为类似地层条件下的盾构隧道施工提供科学参考.Constructing shield tunnels in sandy soil strata poses greater risks compared to other strata,yet research on soil deformation due to shield tunneling in such strata is limited.Using the double-line tunnel between Huzhuang Station and Longzihu West Station on Zhengzhou Metro Line 12 as a case study,this paper conducts numerical simulations and field measurements to analyze soil deformation during the construction of a double-line shield tunnel through a typical fine sand stratum.The main conclusions are as follows:①In fine sand strata,soil settlement from earlier shield tunneling construction is amplified by subsequent tunneling,with the initial tunneling causing greater settlement than the later.②Soil settlement in fine sand strata is most significant during shield tail ejection,with deeper soil layers above the tunnel vault experiencing larger settlement changes.③A discrepancy of approximately 4 mm between numerical simulations and field measurements falls within an acceptable error range,confirming the validity of the simulation method used in this study.④Factors such as the line spacing of the shield tunnel,tunneling speed,and the elastic modulus of the grouting layer significantly impact soil settlement and warrant careful consideration during construction.These findings offer valuable scientific insights for constructing shield tunnels in similar strata.
