摘 要:针对我国高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿带来的炉渣粘稠、渣中带铁等一系列问题,采用热力学软件FactSage对高钛型高炉渣二元碱度的变化对炉渣粘温特性及结晶过程的影响进行了计算与分析,并利用RTW熔体物性测定系统通过粘度基础实验验证了理论计算的准确性。结果表明,高钛型高炉渣在1500℃以上的高温区内,其粘度相对较小,约为0.2 Pa·s,并且在该温度区间内高钛型高炉渣的粘度受碱度和温度影响较小;当处在温度较低区间时,高钛型高炉渣的粘度则随着碱度的增大而增大。热力学计算表明,高钛型高炉渣在降温过程析出的矿相主要为钙钛矿、钛尖晶石、辉石、钙长石以及橄榄石等矿相,二元碱度主要影响钙钛矿和钛尖晶石的析晶过程,随着高钛渣二元碱度的升高,这两种矿相的析晶温度及析出物的质量分数均有所提高。为保证冶炼生产过程中高钛型高炉渣的粘度满足生产需求,在实际的冶炼过程中应控制其冶炼温度在1400℃以上,同时当渣中TiO 2质量分数为23%,MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)为0.6时,高钛型高炉渣的二元碱度控制为1.0~1.1。In order to solve a series of problems such as slag viscosity and iron strip in slag caused by blast furnace smelting of vanadium titanomagnetite in our nation,the influence of the change of binary alkalinity of high-titanium blast furnace slag on the viscosity temperature characteristics and crystallization process of high-titanium blast furnace slag was calculated and analyzed by using the thermodynamic software Factsage,and the accuracy of the theoretical calculation was verified by the basic viscosity experiment of RTW melt physical properties determination system.The results show that the viscosity of high-titanium blast furnace slag is relatively small in the high temperature range above 1500℃,about 0.2 Pa·s,and the viscosity of high-titanium blast furnace slag is less affected by alkalinity and temperature in this temperature range,and the viscosity of high-titanium blast furnace slag increases with the increase of alkalinity when it is in the low temperature range.Thermodynamic calculations show that the mineral phases precipitated by high-titanium blast furnace slag during the cooling process are mainly perovskite,titanium spinel,pyroxene,gross feldspar and olivine,and the binary alkalinity mainly affects the crystallization process of perovskite and titanium spinel.In order to ensure that the viscosity of high-titanium blast furnace slag in the smelting production process meets the production demand,the smelting temperature should be controlled above 1400℃in the actual smelting process,and when the mass fraction of TiO 2 in the slag is 23%and MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) is 0.6,the binary alkalinity of high-titanium blast furnace slag should be controlled to be 1.0 to 1.1.
