并列复合中空卷曲抗菌再生聚酯短纤维的制备及性能

摘  要:为实现废弃聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的循环再生与升级利用,以废弃PET泡料为原料,制得特性黏度为0.78 dL/g和0.65 dL/g的再生聚酯(r-PET)切片,选用F220A(主要成分为纳米ZnO)和100B(季铵盐型抗菌剂)两种抗菌改性剂,经熔融并列复合纺丝和后整理技术得到两类并列复合中空卷曲抗菌r-PET短纤维。优化了抗菌r-PET短纤维的生产工艺参数,并对其性能进行测试分析,结果表明:在计量泵频率44~46 Hz、纺速1050~1200 m/min、总牵伸倍数3.33倍的条件下,两类抗菌r-PET短纤维均具有良好的可纺性,其中空度接近20%,卷曲数为5个/25 mm;抗菌剂F220A与r-PET可实现热力学互容,且作为基体异相结晶成核剂,有效促进了r-PET结晶;两类抗菌r-PET短纤维对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌及白念珠菌的抑菌率均高达99.00%,抗菌效果优异。To realize the recycling and upgrading of waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET),recycled polyes⁃ter(r-PET)chips with intrinsic viscosity of 0.78 dL/g and 0.65 dL/g were made from waste PET foams.Two types of parallel composite hollow crimped antimicrobial r-PET staple fibers were fabricated via post finish⁃ing and melt parallel composite spinning technology,which were modified by 100B(quaternary ammonium salt type antimicrobial agent)and F220A(the main component is nanoZnO)antimicrobial modifiers,respec⁃tively.The production conditions of antimicrobial r-PET staple fibers were optimized,and their properties were analyzed.The results show that the optimization conditions of both types of fibers are metering pump frequency 44~46 Hz,spinning speed 1050~1200 m/min,and total draft multiplier 3.33.The two kinds of r-PET staple fibers presented excellent spinnability,in whcih the hollowness was nearly 20%and the curl⁃ing number could reach to 5 per 25 mm.Antimicrobial reagent F220A can achieve thermodynamic mutual capacitance with r-PET,and as the nucleating agent of matrix heterogeneous crystallization,effectively pro⁃mote the crystallization of r-PET.The antimicrobial rates of two kinds of antimicrobial r-PET staple fibers against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans are as high as 99.00%,antimicrobial effects are remarkable.
