摘　　要：采用熔体直纺技术,通过一步法工艺,在日本村田卷绕设备上生产222 dtex/30 f易收缩卷曲纤维。结果表明:采用TCS热箱空气受热方式,选择“2C+2C”截面的喷丝板,喷丝孔呈圆周式排列,TCS热箱温度控制在170℃,纺丝无风区高度为12 cm时,生产出的222 dtex/30 f易收缩卷曲纤维的截面形状特殊,满足羊卷绒产品的要求。222 dtex/30 f easy-shrinkage and crimp fiber is produced by one-step process with melt direct spinning on Murata winding machine in Japan.The results show that by using the air heating method of TCS hot box,selecting the spinneret with"2C+2C"section,the spinning holes are arranged in a circular manner,the temperature of TCS hot box is controlled at 170℃,when the height of wind-free zone is 12 cm,the 222 dtex/30 f easy-shrinkage and crimp fiber with special cross-section is produced,can meet the needs of cashmere products.
