摘 要:以2-氨基芴和邻香草醛为原料,成功合成了席夫碱荧光探针2-氨基芴缩邻香草醛(L)并对其进行了光谱和结构表征。实验结果表明,该探针的荧光强度与Zn^(2+)浓度在1×10^(-5)~15×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1)具有良好的线性关系,检测限可达4.32×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)。通过Job曲线确定L-Zn^(2+)配位比为2∶1,由Benesi-Hildebrand方程得出L-Zn^(2+)配位常数为2.2×10^(8)。L与Zn^(2+)配位后有效改善了略扭曲的L分子的共平面性,荧光性能较L大大增强。因此,荧光探针L可实现裸眼识别Zn^(2+),抗干扰性良好,灵敏度高,合成及检测方法简便可靠,为检测环境体系中的Zn^(2+)提供了依据。A Schiff base fluorescence probe 2-aminofluorene o-vanillin(L)was synthesized by 2-aminofluorene and o-vanillin,and its spectroscopy and molecule structure were characterized successfully.The experimental results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of the probe had a good linear relationship with the concentration of Zn^(2+)in the range of 1×10^(-5) to 15×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1),and the detection limit was 4.32×10^(-8 )mol·L^(-1).The coordination ratio of L-Zn^(2+)was determined to be 2∶1 through the Job curve,and the coordination constant of L-Zn^(2+)was determined to be 2.2×10^(8) based on the Benesi Hildebrand equation.The coordination of L and Zn^(2+)effectively improved the coplanarity of the slightly twisted L molecule,and the fluorescence properties were greatly enhanced compared with L.Therefore,the fluorescence probe L had strong anti-interference ability and high sensitivity to detect Zn^(2+)easily with eyes.Its synthesis and detection method was simple and reliable,providing a basis for detecting Zn^(2+)in environmental system.
