摘  要:针对应力集中导致管壁发生屈服失效的问题,提出了利用磁各向异性检测管壁应力集中区域的方法。从能量角度出发,研究了应力导致管壁产生磁各向异性的机理,建立了管壁当量应力与磁各向异性探头输出电压信号的数学模型,通过计算管壁的当量应力判断其是否发生屈服失效,搭建了应力检测实验平台。实验结果表明,应力会导致管壁产生磁各向异性,磁各向异性检测方法能够检测出管壁当量应力的变化趋势和主应力方向所在延长线的角度,进而判断管壁是否产生应力集中区域。In view of the problem that the stress concentration leads to the yield failure of the pipe wall,a magnetic anisotropy method was proposed to detect the stress concentration area of pipe wall.From the point of energy,the mechanism of magnetic anisotropy caused by stress on the pipe wall was studied.The mathematical model of equivalent stress on the pipe wall and the output voltage signal of magnetic anisotropy probe was established.By calculating the equivalent stress on the pipe wall,the yield failure was judged,and an experimental platform for stress detection was built.The experimental results show that the stress can lead to the magnetic anisotropy of the pipe wall.The magnetic anisotropy detection method can detect the change trend of the equivalent stress of the pipe wall and the angle of extension line in the direction of principal stress,and judge whether the stress concentration area is generated on the pipe wall.
