摘  要:为了解决目前初烤烟叶收购、分选、加工时存在混部位的问题,研究了不同部位初烤烟叶叶尖夹角、开片度的差异,并对数据进行统计分析。结果表明,随着部位的升高,烟叶叶尖夹角的平均值逐渐减小,符合烟叶生长特性,随着烟叶着生部位的上升,叶形趋于尖锐。提供一种判定初烤烟叶部位的方法,通过对初烤烟叶样品预先做平衡处理,相对湿度恒定,取点更加具有参考性,通过编辑试样信息、选择测试方案、编辑控制方案,初烤烟叶样品部位的方法的准确度具有安全、简便、准确及精确的优点,测定的烟叶样品指标能够表征烤烟样品的物理特性。The purpose of this study illustrates how to solve the problem of mixed parts in the acquisition,sorting and processing of primary cured tobacco.The differences of leaf tip angle and leaf openness in different parts of primary cured tobacco were studied,and the data were statistically analyzed.These results suggest that the average value of the angle between the tips of tobacco leaves gradually decreased as the parts of leafs were in a high position,which was in line with the growth characteristics of tobacco leaves,and the leaf shape tends to be sharp with the rise of tobacco leaf landing parts.The results disclose a method for recognizing the parts of primary cured tobacco leaves.Of flue cured tobacco leaf samples in advance to do balance at the beginning of processing,relative humidity,take more reference,by editing the sample information,choose the test plan,edit control scheme of flue cured tobacco leaf samples in the early part of the accuracy of the method had the advantages of safety,convenient,accurate and precise,the determination of tobacco samples index to characterize the physical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco samples.
