摘　　要：目的:评价芳香疗法缓解原发性痛经病人疼痛的应用效果。方法:计算机检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网(CNKI)数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库(WanFang Date)、维普数据库(VIP),并结合手工全面检索芳香疗法干预原发性痛经病人的随机对照研究,检索时间均为建库至2023年1月,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇相关文献,合并效应量显示:疼痛程度[MD=-1.74,95%CI(-2.25,-1.23),P<0.00001],疼痛持续时间[MD=-2.79,95%CI(-5.23,-0.36),P=0.02],两组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:芳香疗法可减轻原发性痛经病人的疼痛程度,降低疼痛持续时间。Objective:To evaluate the effect of aromatherapy in relieving pain in patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of aromatherapy intervention for patients with primary dysmenorrhea were retrieved from PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),CBM,WanFang Database,and VIP Database,from the establishment of the database to January 2023.RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 9 relevant articles were included,and the combined effect size showed that pain degree[MD=-1.74,95%CI(-2.25,-1.23),P<0.00001],pain duration[MD=-2.79,95%CI(-5.23,-0.36),P=0.02]were statistically significantly different between the two groups.Conclusions:Aromatherapy could reduce the degree and duration of pain in patients with primary dysmenorrhea.
