摘 要:为解决恒流发火在多点点火时的电源功耗和线缆能量损耗等问题,提出了采用电容放电激励方式起爆桥带电点火器,开展电容放电激励下桥带换能元的伏安特性、能量转换特性研究,并对比电容放电及恒流两种激励方式下桥带换能元的作用特性及桥带电点火器的输出特性。研究表明:采用电容放电激励起爆桥带换能元时,电容容值和充电电压的增加对桥带换能元的放电电压和电流峰值、断桥时间、能量利用率影响较大,达到桥带起爆的有效能量均为0.17J;采用电容放电激励方式时,桥带出现电爆炸现象,而采用恒流激励时桥带出现电热现象,两种不同电激励下双桥之间能量加载互不干扰;相比电容放电激励方式,采用恒流激励起爆电点火器时的建压时间、峰值压力及峰值时间均较大。In order to solve the problems of power consumption and cable energy loss during multi point ignition of constant current ignition,the capacitor discharge excitation method was proposed to initiate the bridge strip electric igniter,the volt ampere characteristics,energy conversion characteristic under capacitor discharge excitation were studied,and function characteristics of bridge strip transducer,as well as output characteristics of bridge strip electric igniter under constant current excitation and capacitor discharge excitation were compared.The results show that when using capacitor discharge excitation to initiate bridge strip transducer,the increase of capacitance value and charging voltage have a significant impact on peak discharge voltage,peak discharge current,bridge break time and energy utilization rate,while the effective energy for bridge strip detonation all is 0.17J.The bridge strip detonation appears explosion phenomenon as using capacitor discharge excitation,while there is electric heating phenomenon as using constant current excitation,meanwhile,no interference exists between two bridge strips as using two excitation ways to initiate the electric igniter.Compared to the capacitor discharge excitation,it is found that the pressure building time,peak pressure and peak pressure time of electric igniter initiated under constant current excitation is higher.
