摘 要:为探究制备工艺参数对多元活性破片力学性能的影响,以W、Zr和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为原料制备了多元活性破片,分析了制备过程中混粉球料比、成型压力、保压时间以及烧结温度对破片力学性能的影响,得到了钨锆基多元活性破片的最优制备工艺:混粉球料比为2∶1;成型压力为20 MPa;保压时间为5 min;烧结温度为400℃。研究了破片在不同应变率加载下的动态力学性能,拟合得到材料的本构方程。利用弹道枪试验验证了破片对典型目标的毁伤效果,检靶结果表明钨锆基多元活性破片具有一定的侵彻能力以及释能毁伤效果。In order to investigate the influence of preparation process parameters on the mechanical properties of multielement reactive fragments,multielement reactive fragments were prepared using W,Zr and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)as raw materials,and the effects of the mixing ratio of ball and powder,forming pressure,holding time and sintering temperature on the mechanical properties of fragments during the preparation process were analyzed.The optimal preparation process of tungsten-zirconium-based multielement reactive fragments was obtained:the mixing ratio of ball and powder is 2∶1;the forming pressure is 20 MPa;the holding time is 5 min;and the sintering temperature is 400°C.The dynamic mechanical properties of the fragments under different strain rates were investigated,and the intrinsic equations of the materials were fitted.The damage effect of the fragments on typical targets was verified by ballistic gun tests,and the results of target inspection show that tungsten-zirconium-based multielement reactive fragments have a certain penetration capability and energy-releasing destructive effect.
