摘 要:为有效降低热气溶胶灭火剂的燃烧温度,以KNO_(3)作为氧化剂,蔗糖和乌洛托品作为可燃剂,酚醛树脂作为粘合剂设计了气溶胶灭火剂的基本配方,并通过灭火试验和喷射试验研究了CuO、Fe_3O_4、Fe_2O_(3)、Co_2O_(3)、MnO_(2)等5种过渡金属氧化物添加剂对气溶胶灭火剂的灭火效率、残渣率、燃烧温度及稳定性的影响。结果表明:过渡金属氧化物的添加有助于缩短灭火剂燃烧时间和降低灭火剂燃烧温度;添加CuO的配方的燃烧温度降低最明显,从370.2℃降低至255.7℃,并且燃烧性能更加稳定,这是由于CuO的加入抑制了高温火焰的产生。In order to effectively reduce the combustion temperature of hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent,the basic formula of aerosol fire extinguishing agent was designed with KNO3 as oxidant,sucrose and urotropine as combustible agents and phenolic resin as adhesive.And the effects of five transition metal oxide additives including CuO,Fe3O4,Fe2O3,Co2O3,MnO2 on the fire extinguishing efficiency,residue rate,combustion temperature and stability of the aerosol fire extinguishing agent were studied through fire extinguishing tests and spray tests.The results show that the addition of transition metal oxides helps to shorten the combustion time and lower the combustion temperature of fire extinguishing agents;The combustion temperature of the formula with CuO added decreases most significantly,from 370.2℃to 255.7℃,and the combustion performance is more stable.This is because the addition of CuO inhibits the generation of high-temperature flames.
