摘 要:对超高性能混凝土施加磁场,在磁场驱动力作用下钢纤维转动到与磁场相同的方向,制备出单向定向钢纤维增强超高性能混凝土。测试了定向钢纤维增强超高性能混凝土(ASF-UHPC)的抗压性能、抗折性能和抗拉性能,分析了定向钢纤维增强超高性能混凝土的韧性以及定向钢纤维对超高性能混凝土的增强机理。结果表明,定向钢纤维增强超高性能混凝土的力学性能全面高于随机分布钢纤维增强超高性能混凝土,定向钢纤维增强超高性能混凝土的韧性更大。A magnetic field is applied to the ultra-high performance concrete,and the steel fiber rotates to the same direction as the magnetic field under the driving force of the magnetic field to prepare the unidirectionally aligned steel fiber reinforced ultra-high performance concrete(ASF-UHPC).The compressive,flexural and tensile properties of ASF-UHPC were tested,and the toughness of ASF-UHPC and enhancement mechanism of unidirectionally aligned steel fiber were analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties of ASF-UHPC are overall higher than those of randomly distributed steel fiber reinforced ultra high performance concrete(RSF-UHPC),and the ASF-UHPC has greater toughness.
