摘 要:为研究高橡胶掺量下的水泥基材料抗冻性能,选用40目橡胶粉等体积替代10%、20%、40%砂制备水泥基材料试件进行冻融循环试验,得到了冻融次数对水泥基材料质量损失率、抗压强度和抗折强度的影响规律,并分析了橡胶集料对水泥基材料抗冻性影响的原因。结果表明:高掺量橡胶集料水泥基材料具有比普通水泥基材料更为优异的抗冻性能,橡胶组的抗冻性能随着且随冻融循环次数的不断增加,其抗冻性能的优势越来越显著;并建立了以强度为变量的冻融损伤模型,能很好地反映出橡胶集料水泥基材料在冻融循环作用下的损伤过程。To investigate the frost resistance of cement-based material with a high rubber content,40 mesh rubber powder was used to replace 10%,20%,40%of the sand in the preparation of freeze-thaw cycle specimens.The effects of freeze-thaw cycles on the mass loss rate and compression resistance of cement-based material were investigated.The influence law of strength and flexural strength,as well as the reasons for rubber aggregate′s influence on cement-based material frost resistance,are investigated.The findings reveal that high-volume rubber aggregate cement-based material has superior frost resistance than regular cement mortar,and that its frost resistance advantage grows as the number of freeze-thaw cycles increases and the strength is established.The variable freeze-thaw damage model accurately reflects the effects of freezing and thawing.The findings reveal that high-volume rubber cement-based material mortar has superior frost resistance than regular cement-based material,and that its frost resistance advantage grows as the number of freeze-thaw cycles increases and the strength is established.Under the operation of freeze-thaw cycles,the variable freeze-thaw damage model can accurately depict the damage process of rubber aggregate cement-based material.
