摘  要:优质河砂资源溃泛,全面用机制砂代替河砂是未来高强混凝土生产的发展方向。现用控制变量的方法,研究了缓凝剂、粉煤灰以及吸水树脂等因素对C50和C60机制砂混凝土流变性能的影响。结果表明:新拌C50和C60机制砂混凝土的坍落度在90 min内基本降为0 mm,粉煤灰会降低机制砂混凝土的坍落度损失速率;在缓凝剂的作用下,机制砂混凝土的屈服应力和黏度会随时间的增长而增大;在缓凝剂和吸水树脂的协同作用下,机制砂混凝土可以在较长时间内保持稳定的流变性能。The high-quality river sand resources have collapsed,and the comprehensive replacement of river sand with manufactured sand concrete is the development direction of high-strength concrete production in the future.The effects of retarder,fly ash and water absorbent resin on the rheological properties of C50 and C60 manufactured sand concrete are studied by controlling variables.The results show that the slump of fresh C50 and C60 manufactured sand concrete basically decreases to 0 mm within 90 minutes,and fly ash will reduce the slump loss rate of manufactured sand concrete;Under the action of retarder,the yield stress and viscosity of manufactured sand concrete will increase with time.Under the synergistic action of retarder and water absorbent resin,manufactured sand concrete can maintain stable rheological properties for a long time.
