摘  要:为研究钢纤维对再生混凝土(RAC)抗弯性能和抗冲击性能的影响,通过对不同钢纤维体积掺量(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)下的钢纤维再生混凝土(SFRAC)进行了弯曲韧性试验和落锤冲击试验,得到其荷载-挠度曲线、初裂冲击次数、破坏冲击次数,并计算出韧性指数和冲击能量。结果表明:掺入钢纤维能显著提高再生混凝土的弯曲韧性和抗冲击性能。当钢纤维掺量为1.5%时,抗弯初裂强度和抗弯强度较素混凝土分别提高了52%和33%,初裂冲击次数和破坏次数较素RAC分别提升了1.28倍和18.90倍。钢纤维再生混凝土的韧性指数与冲击能量呈对数关系。In order to investigate the effect of steel fiber on the flexural toughness and impact resistance of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC),a series of steel fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete(SFRAC)reinforced with four different volume fractions of steel fibers 0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%were carried out on flexural toughness tests and impact resistance tests.The load-deflection curves,the number of blows to initial visible crack as well as to failure were obtained in order to calculate the toughness index and impact energy.The test results show that the addition of steel fibers to concrete has significantly improved impact resistance and also the flexural toughness of SFRAC.When the steel fiber content is 1.5%,the initial cracking strength and bending strength were increased by 52%and 33%compared with the plain concrete respectively,and the initial cracking impact times and failure times were increased by 1.28 and 18.90 times compared with the plain concrete respectively.The test results also show that a logarithmic relation exists between toughness index and the impact energy of SFRAC.
