摘  要:为了能使锂渣成为替代部分水泥的一种建筑材料,将其掺入到混凝土中,进而实现锂渣这种材料在实际建筑工程中的运用,为此设计制备取代率为10%、20%、30%及对照组取代率为0的锂渣混凝土立方体和棱柱体试件。为研究试件在处于不同温度环境下的相关性能对比研究,将部分试件升温100~700℃,温度间隔为200℃,并与常温20℃下试块相应的力学性能进行比较。观察试件经历高温后的表观特征,并通过对试件的质量、抗压强度、抗折强度的相关数据进行整理分析。结果表明:经历不同温度后观察到试件的表面颜色变化很明显,按照加热温度的顺序,试块的变化过程为青灰色、粉白色、褐色;并且随温度不断升高试件表面上的裂纹渐渐地增多和扩展,取代率为30%试块在加热过程中出现了爆裂;温度对试件质量烧失率受温度影响大,取代率对其影响不明显。In order to make lithium slabs become a building material for replacing some cement,this test is considered to incorporate it into the concrete,thereby achieving the use of lithium residue in actual construction projects,and is designed for this purpose for this.10%,20%,30%and control groups of 0 lithium residue concrete cubic and prismatic test piece.To the study of the correlation performance of the test piece in different temperature environments,the slot is 100℃to 700℃,the temperature interval is 200℃,and compared to the corresponding mechanical properties of the test block at room temperature 20℃.Observing the apparent characteristics of the test piece after high temperature,and analyzes the relevant data of the test piece,the pressure and the resistance.The results showed that the surface color change of the test piece was observed after different temperatures,and the specific change process of the sequential test block according to the heating temperature was cyan-grey,pink-white and brown.And continued to raise the surface of the test piece with the temperature.The crack gradually increased and expanded,and the specimen with 30%substitution rate was burst during the heating process.The temperature of the test piece was highly affected by the temperature,and the substitution rate was not obvious.
