摘  要:为研究水灰比、水泥用量和石粉掺量对机制砂混凝土抗碳化性能的影响,分别制备不同水灰比(0.60、0.52、0.44、0.36)、不同水泥用量(360 kg/m^(3)、400 kg/m^(3)、440 kg/m^(3)、480 kg/m^(3))和不同石粉掺量(0、3%、5%、7%、9%、12%、15%)的机制砂混凝土试件,对其进行为期3 d、7 d、14 d、28 d、56 d、120 d的加速碳化试验,并测定其碳化深度。试验结果表明:在28 d碳化龄期前,机制砂混凝土碳化深度增长快速,28 d后趋于平缓,碳化龄期为28 d的碳化深度可作为机制砂混凝土抗碳化性能的评价指标;机制砂混凝土的碳化深度与水灰比呈正相关关系,与水泥用量呈负相关关系,且碳化深度随石粉掺量的增加呈先减后增的趋势。研究表明水灰比、水泥用量和石粉掺量均影响机制砂混凝土的抗碳化性能,可为机制砂混凝土的抗碳化性能设计提供依据。In order to study the effects of water-cement ratio,cement content and stone powder content on the carbonation resistance of manufactured sand concrete specimens with different water-cement ratios(0.60,0.52,0.44,0.36),different cement contents(360 kg/m^(3),400 kg/m^(3),440 kg/m^(3),480 kg/m^(3))and different stone powder contents(0,3%,5%,7%,9%,12%,15%)were prepared,and accelerated carbonation tests for 3 d,7 d,14 d,28 d,56 d,and 120 d were carried out,and the carbonation depth was determined.The experimental results show that the carbonation depth of manufactured sand concrete increases rapidly before the carbonation age of 28 d and tends to be gentle after 28 d.The carbonation depth of 28 d can be used as an evaluation index for the carbonation resistance of manufactured sand concrete.The carbonation depth of manufactured sand concrete is positively correlated with water cement ratio and negatively correlated with cement content,and the carbonation depth decreases first and then increases with the increase of stone powder content.It shows that water cement ratio,cement content and stone powder content affect the carbonation resistance of manufactured sand concrete,which can provide a basis for the design of carbonation resistance of manufactured sand concrete.
