摘  要:采用试验获取了混凝土泵送过程中泵送管道控制截面的应变数据,通过计算得到了混凝土泵送时管道的环向应力和轴向应力及管道内壁压力,分析了管道应变、应力和泵送压力损失的变化规律。研究结果表明:混凝土泵送管道的环向和轴向应力随泵压的增大而增大,且随着管道的延伸,泵送压力会发生损失。混凝土正常泵送时管道以环向应力为主,同一截面处环向应变约为轴向应变的2~4倍;弯管处存在应力集中现象,弯管段压力损失较直管大,1 m弯管段引起的压力损失值约为5.5 m直管段引起的压力损失值。研究成果为实时掌握混凝土的泵送状态提供了参考。The strain data of the control section of the pumping pipe during the concrete pumping process was obtained,and the circumferential stress,axial stress and inner wall pressure of the pipe during concrete pumping were obtained by calculation.The variation law of stress,strain and pressure loss of the concrete pumping pipeline was analyzed.The results show that the circumferential stress and axial stress of the concrete pumping pipeline increase with an increase of the pumping pressure,and the pressure loss of the pumping pipeline increases with an extension of the pipeline.During the concrete pumping process,the section of the pipeline is mainly subjected to the circumferential stress,and the circumferential strain is about from2 times 4 times of the axial strain.In addition,an evident stress concentration occurs at the elbow,and the pressure loss of the elbow is larger than that of the straight pipeline.Furthermore,the pressure loss caused by 1 m elbow is about that of 5.5 m straight pipe.The research results provide references to master the pumping state of concrete in real time.
