摘 要:再生混凝土微粉活性相对较低,导致其回收再利用率不高,通过碱激发可以很好地提升再生混凝土微粉活性,实现再生混凝土微粉高附加值利用。以再生混凝土微粉部分替代水泥作为胶凝粉料,以氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙、水玻璃溶液为碱激发剂,通过激发作用后对再生砂浆做抗压强度、XRD、水化放热以及热重分析测试,研究了3种不同激发剂对再生砂浆水化性能的影响。试验发现:氢氧化钙能显著提高再生砂浆的强度和水化放热速率,加快水化过程中两个放热峰出现的速度,且在早期水化过程中,C-S-H凝胶和水化产物氢氧化钙的量最多,其激发效果最好,水玻璃溶液次之,氢氧化钠最差。Due to the relatively low activity of recycled concrete powder,its recycling and reuse rate is not high.Through alkali excitation,the activity of recycled concrete powder can be well improved and the high value-added utilization of recycled concrete powder can be realized.The recycled concrete powder is partially replaced by cement as gel powder,and sodium hydroxide,calcium hydroxide and aqueous glass solution are used as alkali excitants.After excitation,the compressive strength,XRD,hydration exothermic release and thermogravimetric analysis tests of the recycled mortar were carried out.The hydration properties of three different exciters on recycled mortar were studied.The experiment found that calcium hydroxide can significantly improve the strength and hydration rate of recycled mortar and accelerate the emergence of two exothermic peaks in the hydration process.In the early hydration process,C-S-H gel and hydration products have the largest amount of calcium hydroxide,with the best excitation effect,followed by water glass solution,and sodium hydroxide the worst.
