摘　　要：3D打印技术完全不同于传统工业制造技术,具有生产制造定制化、快速实现原型制作、资源高效利用、制造复杂结构、打印材料多样化等一系列特点,广泛应用于多个生产领域。以硫酸工业烟气净化工序的关键设备动力波洗涤器为例,对3D打印材料和打印技术的选择、3D建模等进行了研究,展示了3D打印技术在硫酸工业中的广阔应用前景。3D printing technology is completely different from traditional industrial manufacturing technology,with a series of characteristics such as customized production,rapid prototyping,efficient resource utilization,complex structure manufacturing and diversified printing materials.It is widely used in multiple production fields.Taking the key equipment of power wave scrubber in the flue gas purification process of sulphuric acid industry as an example,the selection of 3D printing materials and printing technology,3D modeling,etc.are studied,demonstrating the broad application prospects of 3D printing technology in the sulphuric acid industry.
