摘  要:介绍了一种高效率、短流程的硫化处理铅锌冶炼污酸的新工艺,分别从高效硫化除砷和铊、制取石膏、石膏压滤液回收锌等方面进行了全流程半工业化试验。结果表明,高效硫化除砷、铊效率高,硫化滤液中砷离子质量浓度低于0.1 mg/L、铊离子质量浓度低于2μg/L,硫化反应过程无H2S气体逸出;二段硫化产出的锌渣中锌质量分数达到55%左右,可进行火法冶炼回收锌;所产石膏渣经毒性浸出检测鉴定为一般固废,无中和渣产出;二段硫化滤液可满足GB 25466—2010《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》规定的特别排放限值要求。A new high-efficiency and short process sulfurization treatment process for lead-zinc smelting waste acid is introduced,and full process semi-industrial experiments are conducted from the aspects of efficient sulfurization removal of arsenic and thallium,production of gypsum and recovery of zinc from gypsum filter fluid.The results show that efficient sulfurization has high efficiency in removing arsenic and thallium.The mass concentration of arsenic ions in the sulfurization filtrate is less than 0.1 mg/L,the mass concentration of thallium ions is less than 2μg/L,and no H2S gas escapes during the vulcanization reaction process.The zinc content in the zinc slag produced by secondary sulfidation reaches about 55%,which can be recovered by pyrometallurgical smelting.The gypsum residue produced has been identified as general solid waste through toxicity leaching testing,and no neutralization residue has been produced.The two-stage vulcanization filtrate can meet the special emission limit requirements specified in GB 25466-2010 Emission standard of pollutants for lead and zinc industry.
