摘　　要：介绍了白银铜业754.6 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置转化工序预转化预吸收系统的建设和投产运行情况。预转化预吸收系统投产后,硫酸产能由754.6 kt/a提高至约1100 kt/a,能够很好地满足闪速炉产能提升需要。预转化、预吸收工艺具有投资少、占地面积小、操作简单灵活等特点,装置整体工艺控制弹性好,可以大幅提升硫酸产能,节能效果明显,具有借鉴和推广价值。The construction and operation of the pre-conversion and pre-absorption system in the conversion process of the 754.6 kt/a smelting flue gas acid plant of Baiyin Copper Industry are introduced.After the pre-conversion and pre-absorption system is put into operation,the sulphuric acid production capacity has increased from 754.6 kt/a to about 1100 kt/a,which can well meet the needs of increasing the production capacity of the flash furnace.The pre-conversion and pre-absorption processes have the characteristics of low investment,small footprint,simple and flexible operation,etc.The overall process control elasticity of the device is good,and the sulphuric acid production capacity has been greatly improved,with obvious energy-saving effects.It has reference and promotion value.
