摘  要:可变光阑作为常见的光学器件,广泛应用于光束整形和空间滤波.根据可变光阑的工作原理可知,其通光孔是多边弧形而非圆形,这导致当光束经可变光阑衍射时,近场会出现齿状光斑.本文对可变光阑的近场衍射图像进行了实验测量,并且采用Matlab对多边弧形的衍射特性进行了理论仿真,理论仿真结果与实验观测结果一致.As a common optical device,variable diaphragm has been widely used in beam shaping and spatial filtering experiments.The working principle of the variable diaphragm determines that its aperture is not a round hole,but a multilateral arc,which leads to some interesting spot patterns in the near field when the light is diffracted by the variable diaphragm,such as gear-shaped pattern.In this paper,the detailed experiments about the near-field diffraction phenomenon of the variable diaphragm were performed,and theoretical simulations were conducted by using the Matlab on the diffraction of a multilateral arc diaphragm.The theoretical simulation was coincident with the experimental results.
