网络信息化时代社区护士应对突发公共卫生事件救援能力现况分析

摘　　要：目的:调查网络信息化时代的社区护士应对突发公共卫生事件的应急救援能力现状,并分析原因、提出对策。方法:采用便利抽样法,利用网络信息资源选取重庆市主城区75所社区卫生服务中心的531名社区护士作为研究对象,采用自行设计的社区护士应对突发公共卫生事件应急救援能力调查问卷对研究对象进行问卷调查。结果:社区护士应对突发公共卫生事件的应急救援能力总分为(142.37±6.84)分,4个维度条目均分从高到低依次为职业素质[(3.62±0.23)分]、应急能力[(3.57±0.16)分]、专业能力[(3.57±0.26)分]和应急知识[(2.91±0.21)分];97.93%的社区护士认为有必要开展突发公共卫生事件应急救援培训;学历、职称、工作年限以及是否参加突发公共卫生事件应急救援培训是社区护士应对突发公共卫生事件应急救援能力的影响因素。结论:网络信息化时代社区护士应对突发公共卫生事件的应急救援能力处于中等水平,社区卫生服务中心管理部门应结合现代网络信息技术制定系统、全面、切实可行的对策,以提高社区护士应对突发公共卫生事件的整体应急救援能力,减少突发公共卫生事件给社区居民及国家带来的损失与伤亡。Objective:To investigate the emergency rescue ability of community nurses in the network information age,analyze the reasons and put forward countermeasures.Methods:The convenience sampling method and self-de-signed questionnaire were used to investigate 531 community nurses in 75 community health service centers in Chongqing.Results:The total score of emergency rescue ability of community nurses was(142.37±6.84)points.The scores of the four dimensions from high to low are professional quality,emergency response ability,professional ability and emergency response knowledge.The results of linear regression analysis showed that education background,pro-fessional title,working years and whether to participate in the emergency rescue training of public health emergencies were the factors affecting the emergency rescue ability of community nurses in response to public health emergencies.Conclusion:The emergency rescue ability of community nurses in the network information age is at a medium level.The management department of community hospital should combine modern network information technology to formulate systematic,comprehensive and practical countermeasures.In order to improve the overall emergency rescue ability of community nurses,reduce the loss and casualties of public health emergencies to community residents and the country.
