摘 要:由于半导体材料对温度敏感,当光电池受激光辐照而出现温度变化时,其光电响应输出特性会发生变化。以硅基光电池为研究对象,针对重频激光辐照对器件响应特性产生的干扰进行分析。从光伏器件的光生电动势原理出发,根据响应输出模型以及一维热传导方程,计算了激光辐照下,不同脉冲参数对光电池电压输出值的影响规律。结果表明:重频激光能够对光电池的正常工作产生明显影响,通过控制脉冲的能量,选择适当的脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔等参数,可以实现明显的干扰效果。Due to the temperature sensitivity of semiconductor materials,the photovoltaic response output characteristics of photovoltaic cells will change with the temperature variations caused by laser irradiation.This paper focuses on the interference of repetition frequency laser irradiation on the response characteristics of silicon-based photovoltaic cells.Starting from the principle of photovoltatic effect,based on the response output model and one-dimensional heat conduction equation,the effects of different pulse parameters on the voltage output of photovoltaic cells under laser irradiation are calculated.The results indicate that repetition frequency lasers can significantly impact the normal operation of photovoltaic cells.However,by controlling the pulse energy and selecting appropriate parameters,such as pulse width and pulse interval,significant interference effects can be achieved.
