摘 要:油水两相流的含水率是油田油井地面油气水计量和油井内产出剖面测井的重要参数。已有油井内多相流含水率测量方法无法适应中国油田油井高含水、低产量、携带固体杂质的复杂情况。感应式含水率传感器具有与流体非接触、无可动部件、全场测量的特点,具有较高的可靠性及良好的应用前景。为了准确评价感应式含水率传感器对水相连续时的油水两相流含水率的响应特征,采用有限元仿真软件建立了感应式含水率传感器的仿真模型,分析了水相电导率、激励频率、线圈匝数及磁屏蔽体磁导率和厚度等参数对传感器响应特征的影响。通过原理解析和仿真数据对比验证了简化后模型的可靠性。实验结果表明,电导率的测量误差小于1.6%,说明该方法测量含水率可行。该方法中仿真设计对参数的研究有助于优化现场含水率传感器的设计参数。The water content of oil-water two-phase flow is an important parameter for the measurement of oil,gas and water on the surface of oilfield wells and for the logging of output profiles within the wells.The existing methods for measuring the water content of multiphase flow in oil wells are unable to adapt to the complex situation of domestic oilfield wells with high water content,low output and carrying solid impurities.Inductive water content sensors have the advantages of non-contact with the fluid,and no movement.In order to improve the response characteristics of the sensor to the water content of oil-water two-phase flow when the water phase is continuous.The simulation model of the inductive water content sensor is established,and the effects of water phase conductivity,excitation frequency,coil turns,permeability and thickness of the magnetic shield on the response characteristics of the inductive water content sensor are analyzed.The simplified model is validated through principle analysis and simulation data comparison.The experimental results show that the measurement error of conductivity is within 1.6%,which verified the feasibility of this method for measuring water content.It is helpful to optimize the design parameters of on-site water content sensor.
