摘 要:钻井过程中,常由于天然裂缝、破碎带、地下河道发育等地质因素或由于井眼压力失衡等工程因素造成钻井液漏失,需要进行防漏设计和实施堵漏工程,精准判识漏失位置是堵漏作业的关键。基于钻井液漏失模型,利用温度测井与流量测井原理,提出了一种钻井液漏失位置的判识方法。通过优化测井仪器串组合、设计快捷井口工具以及完善工艺流程,将组合测井仪下入裸眼井中进行动态和静态测量可以实现钻井液漏失位置高效判识。多个应用实例表明,该方法可以快速准确定位钻井液漏失位置和定性计算多套漏失层位下的相对漏失量,与传统的钻井井漏位置判识方法相比具备明显技术优势,可为堵漏作业设计提供可靠支撑,节约堵漏材料,缩短钻井周期。In the process of drilling,drilling fluid leakage is often caused by geological factors such as natural cracks,broken zones,underground river channels development,or engineering factors such as borehole pressure imbalance.Therefore,it is necessary to implement anti-leakage design and leakage plugging engineering.Accurate identification of leakage location is the key to plugging operation.Based on the drilling fluid loss model and the principle of temperature and flow logging,this paper proposes a method to identify the drilling fluid loss location.By optimizing the string combination of logging tools,designing fast wellhead tools and improving the technological process,the combined logging tool can be used to carry out dynamic and static measurement in open hole wells to realize efficient identification of drilling fluid loss location.Multiple application examples show that this method can quickly and accurately locate the loss location of drilling fluid and qualitatively calculate the relative loss amount under multiple sets of loss zones.Compared with other traditional drilling loss location identification methods,this method has obvious technical advantages,can provide reliable support for the design of leakage operation,save plugging materials,shorten drilling cycle.
