摘  要:在射孔测试联作作业中,射孔器在射孔时产生强大的冲击震动波,冲击震动波以爆炸点为中心,通过管柱联接环节、井内介质和套管壁向其周围传播。因此,需采取有效的减震、消震和隔离措施,避免管柱和测试工具受到冲击损伤或断裂。基于井下射孔爆轰波实测频率,并通过模态分析,优化设计双向减震器的弹簧固有频率及机械结构,使之达到最佳减震效果。为验证实际应用效果,现场采集了井下爆轰波数据,结果表明该双向减震器能起到很好的减震效果,能保证射孔过程中管柱和测试工具的安全。该双向减震器能满足超深井射孔测试联作作业需求,现场应用效果较好。In the combined operation of tubing conveyed perforation(TCP)and drill stem test(DST),the perforator generates strong shock and vibration waves during perforation,which propagate around the explosion point through the connection link of the pipe string,the wellbore medium,and the casing wall.Therefore,effective shock absorption,dissipation,and isolation measures need to be taken to avoid impact damage or fracture of the pipe string and testing tools.Based on the measured frequency of downhole perforation detonation wave,and through modal analysis,the design of the natural frequency and mechanical structure of the bidirectional shock absorber spring is optimized to achieve the best shock absorption effect.In order to verify the practical application effect,the downhole detonation wave data are collected on site.The results show that the bidirectional shock absorber can play a good damping effect and ensure the safety of pipe string and test tools during perforation.The shock absorber can meet the requirements of joint operation of ultra-deep well perforation test,and the field application effect is good.
