习近平文化思想视域下财经类大学生新儒商精神的培育

摘　　要：新儒商精神内涵丰富,包含着自强不息的拼搏精神、博施于民的担当精神、以诚待人的诚信精神、以财发身的敬业精神、吐故纳新的创新精神等。这些与习近平总书记对广大青年提出的有理想、有担当、有本领的成长要求相契合,与总书记论述的爱国敬业、诚信守法、创新创业、回报社会等企业家精神内涵相契合,也与当前财经类专业大学生人才培养要求相契合。高等院校要通过大力加强财经类大学生新儒商精神教育,为党和国家事业培养德才兼备的高素质工商管理人才,这也是深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想应有之义,传承和发展中华优秀传统文化应有之义。The spirit of new Confucian merchants has rich connotations,including the spirit of striving for self-improvement,the spirit of taking responsibility for the people,the spirit of honesty and integrity towards people,the spirit of dedication to wealth,and the spirit of innovation.Higher education institutions should vigorously strengthen the education of the new Confucian business spirit among financial and economic college students,and cultivate high-quality management talents with both moral integrity and talent for the cause of the Party and the country.
