摘 要:整车下电或发生紧急情况时,需及时将存储在母线电容中的能量快速泄放。文章基于能量守恒定律,推导计算车辆在静止状态下D轴电流与放电时间的关系,经试验验证其时间估算精度在10%以内。试验发现:需求D轴电流为0A时,电机绕组存在高频脉冲电流,影响主动放电时间;随着D轴电流增大,主动放电时间缩短,同时电机转速波动幅度与频率均增大;载波频率影响脉冲电流频率以及D轴电流控制精度,在同样控制参数条件下,载波频率过小会导致主动放电时间延长,甚至电流失控。When the entire vehicle is powered off or an emergency occurs,the energy stored in the bus capacitor should be quickly discharged in a timely manner.The article is based on the law of conservation of energy and derives the relationship between the D-axis current and discharge time of a vehicle in a stationary state.The experimental verification shows that the time estimation accuracy is within 10%.Experiments have found that when the demand for D-axis current is 0A,there is a high-frequency pulse current in the motor winding,which affects the active discharge time;As the D-axis current increases,the active discharge time shortens,and the amplitude and frequency of motor speed fluctuations both increase;The carrier frequency affects the pulse current frequency and the accuracy of D-axis current control.Under the same control parameter conditions,a too small carrier frequency can lead to prolonged active discharge time or even current loss of control.
