阻断汽车发动机线束穿缸电线虹吸效应的方法设计和工艺研究

摘　　要：汽车发动机线束位于汽车上频繁受到雨水、湿气或其它液体影响的湿区,在实际工况下,由于电线内部虹吸效应的存在,液态分子会通过电线内部缝隙渗入,导致润滑油进入电控模块发生烧蚀,机油倒流腐蚀发动机电子控制单元ECU等现象,存在严重的品质隐患。为避免发动机线束中穿缸电线虹吸效应的发生,文章设计研究一种防虹吸工艺,将发动机线束穿缸的若干根电线打断,采用一种中间隔断、两端镂空的铜接头,通过冷压接分别连接打断的电线,并在此部位进行PA注塑成形,注塑内圈保证穿缸各电线冷压接处密封绝缘,注塑外圈形成恰好能与缸体配合的O形圈,再施以卡簧固定在缸体上,实现发动机线束穿缸部位有效密封。通过此工艺方法,阻断穿缸电线内部的虹吸效应,有效解决因此带来的一系列不良后果,提升产品品质保证能力,降低售后市场维修及索赔的概率,提升发动机品牌乃至车辆品牌的竞争力。The car engine wiring harness is located in a wet area of the car that is frequently affected by rainwater,moisture,or other liquids.In actual working conditions,due to the presence of the siphon effect inside the wire,liquid molecules will seep into the gaps inside the wire,causing lubricating oil to enter the electronic control module and cause erosion.Oil backflow corrodes the engine electronic control unit ECU,posing serious quality hazards.To avoid the occurrence of siphon effect on wires passing through the cylinder in the engine wiring harness,this article designs an anti siphon process.Several wires passing through the cylinder in the engine wiring harness are broken,and a copper joint with a middle partition and hollow ends is used to connect the broken wires through cold pressing.PA injection molding is carried out in this area,and the inner ring of the injection molding ensures that the cold pressing joints of the wires passing through the cylinder are sealed and insulated.The outer ring of the injection molding forms an O-ring that can fit perfectly with the cylinder body,apply a snap ring to fix it on the cylinder block,achieving effective sealing of the engine wiring harness through the cylinder.Through this process method,the siphon effect inside the cylinder wire is blocked,effectively solving a series of adverse consequences caused by it,improving product quality assurance ability,reducing the probability of after-sales market maintenance and claims,and enhancing the competitiveness of engine brands and even vehicle brands.
