摘 要:文章主要分析讨论汽车冷却液加注液面不合格问题,同时提出一些工艺优化加注的措施。首先对汽车冷却液加注的原理、功能和结构等方面做介绍,然后结合汽车冷却系统结构来分析加注冷却液问题。汽车冷却液加注液面过程异常,会导致发动机温度升高报警,特别是直接与高温气体接触的零件,会因受热膨胀影响正常的配合间隙,导致运动件受阻甚至卡死,大大影响整车的行驶性能。文章在大量试验和生产经验的基础上,对汽车冷却液加注液面不合格问题进行分析和提出优化方案。This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the problem of unqualified liquid level of automobile coolant filling,and puts forward some measures of process optimization filling.Firstly,the principle,function and structure of automobile coolant filling are introduced.Then,the problem of filling coolant is analyzed according to the structure of automobile cooling system.Abnormal car coolant filling level process will lead to engine temperature rise alarm,especially parts directly in contact with high temperature gas,due to thermal expansion will affect the normal coordination gap,resulting in moving parts blocked or even jammed,greatly affecting the driving performance of the vehicle.In this paper,on the basis of a large number of tests and production experience,the problem of unqualified filling liquid level of automobile coolant is analyzed and an optimization scheme is proposed.
