摘  要:以收集的64份海南地方豇豆种质资源为研究对象,采用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析,对22个主要表型性状进行多样性分析。结果表明,海南地方豇豆种质资源具有丰富的遗传多样性,各性状的变异系数为10.26%~66.71%,遗传多样性指数为0.31~3.28。22个表型性状间存在复杂的相关关系,其中,嫩荚重与嫩荚长、嫩荚宽的相关系数最高,分别为0.934和0.832。8个主成分的累积贡献率为78.6141%。聚类结果表明,在欧氏距离为6.49时,可将64份海南地方豇豆种质资源划分为七个类群,其中第Ⅰ类群综合性状最好,主要表现为嫩荚较长、较宽、嫩荚较重、豆粒较长,可用于高产品种的选育。The diversity analysis of 22 major phenotypic traits was performed by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis for 64 collected local cowpea germplasm resources in Hainan.The results showed that the local cowpea germplasm resources had rich genetic diversity,with coefficients of variation of 10.26%-66.71%and genetic diversity indices of 0.31-3.28 for each trait.Correlation analysis revealed complex correlations between 22 phenotypic traits,and the correlation coefficients of tender pod weight with tender pod length and tender pod width were the highest of 0.934 and 0.832,respectively.The cumulative contribution rate of the first eight principal components was 78.6141%.The results of cluster analysis showed that the 64 local cowpea germplasm resources in Hainan could be divided into 7 groups when the Euclidean distance was 6.49.The first group had the best comprehensive traits,mainly showing longer and wider tender pods,larger tender pod weight and longer seed,which could be used for the selection and breeding of high-yielding varieties.
