摘 要:为探究蒙古黄芪适应盐碱土的机理,研究了对中性盐(NaCl)与碱性盐(Na_(2)CO_(3))两种胁迫对种子萌发及幼苗生长和内源激素的影响,测定并分析了蒙古黄芪种子生长指标和生理指标的变化情况。结果表明,NaCl和Na_(2)CO_(3)对黄芪种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽能力、胚根长、胚轴宽及幼苗生理性指标丙二醛、脯氨酸均产生了较为明显的影响,较低浓度盐碱胁迫对黄芪幼苗生长有一定的促进作用,随盐碱胁迫浓度升高,两种盐对黄芪种子发芽产生抑制作用,Na_(2)CO_(3)抑制要强于NaCl;除低浓度NaCl处理的丙二醛含量低于对照组的丙二醛含量外,幼苗生理性指标丙二醛、脯氨酸含量均随盐碱胁迫浓度的升高而增加。In order to explore the mechanism of Astragalus mongholicus Bunge adapting to saline-alkali soil,the effects of neutral salt NaCl and alkaline salt Na_(2)CO_(3) stress on seed germination,seedling growth,and endogenous hormones were studied.The changes of seed growth and physiological indexes of Astragalus mongolicus were measured and analyzed.The results showed that NaCl and Na_(2)CO_(3) had a significant impact on the germination rate,germination potential,germination ability,radicle length,hypocotyl width,and physiological indicators of malondialdehyde and proline in Astragalus mongholicus Bunge seed.Salt alkali stress had a certain promoting effect on the growth of Astragalus mongholicus Bunge seedlings at lower concentrations.As the concentration of salt alkali stress increased,both salts showed inhibitory effects on Astragalus mongholicus Bunge seed germination,Na_(2)CO_(3) inhibition was stronger than NaCl inhibition;Except for the lower content of malondialdehyde in the low concentration NaCl treatment compared to the control group,the physiological indicators of malondialdehyde and proline in seedlings increased with the increase of salt alkali stress concentration.
