摘  要:以广藿香无菌丛生芽为材料,利用3种化学诱变剂进行诱变,通过农艺性状指标初步筛选变异植株,并对其叶绿素含量及生理特征等进行测定。结果表明,氟乐灵诱变广藿香的最适浓度及时间为:48 h、8μmol/L和72 h、4μmol/L;亚硝酸钠的最适浓度及时间为:0.05%处理72 h;亚硫酸钠的最适浓度及时间为:0.05%处理72 h。综合农艺性状指标结果初步筛选出8种类型24株变异植株,其总叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量有不同程度的升高;POD活力显著提高的同时MDA含量降低。综合考虑光合能力和抗逆性,筛选得到8个良性突变体,为广藿香诱变育种持续研究奠定一定基础。The sterile tufted buds of Pogostemon cablin were mutated by three kinds of chemical mutagens.The mutant plants were screened by agronomic traits,and their chlorophyll content and physiological characteristics were measured.The results showed that the optimal concentration and time of mutated Pogostemon cablin were 48 hours,8μmol/L and 72 hours,4μmol/L.The optimal concentration and time of sodium nitrite were 0.05%for 72 hours;The optimal concentration of sodium sulfite is 0.05%in time for 72 hours.Results of comprehensive agronomic traits,24 mutant plants of 8 types were selected,and the contents of total chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline increased to varying degrees.POD activity increased significantly while MDA content decreased.Considering photosynthetic capacity and stress resistance,8 benign mutants were selected,which laid a certain foundation for the continuous research of mutagenesis breeding of Pogostemon cablin.
