低温油井水泥早强剂BCL-NS的制备与研究

摘　　要：针对深水、深海、极地等低温固井作业中,普通硅酸盐水泥浆固井时水泥浆存在早期强度发展缓慢、强度低、固井候凝时间长等难题,研制出一种低温油井水泥早强剂BCL-NS。BCL-NS由3%乳化剂SR-10加1.6%减水剂J112为打底液,Na(_2)SiO(3)·5H_(2)O溶于水加0.2%减水剂J112为硅质材料溶液,Ca(NO_(3))(2)·4H_(2)O加减0.2%水剂J112为钙质材料溶液,20℃下滴加4 h后,加入3%PVA1788为保护胶体,经过喷雾干燥后加入0.5%白炭黑为抗结块剂制备而成。室内试验评价表明:在油井水泥浆中加入2%早强剂BCL-NS后,1 d抗压强度提高82%,1 d抗折强度提高15.2%,3 d抗折和抗压强度增加也超过15%。A low-temperature oil well cement early strength agent BCL-NS has been developed to address the challenges of slow early strength development,low strength,and long cementing waiting time of ordinary Portland cement slurry in low-temperature cementing operations such as deep water,deep sea,and polar regions.BCL-NS is made of 3%emulsifier SR-10 plus 1.6%water reducer J112 as primer,Na_(2)SiO_(3)·5H_(2)O dissolved in water plus 0.2%water reducer J112 as silica material solution,Ca(NO(3))(2)·4H_(2)O plus or minus 0.2%water reducer J112 as calcium material solution,3%PVA1788 as protective colloid after dropping at 20℃for 4 h,and 0.5%white carbon black as anti caking agent after spray drying.The indoor test evaluation shows that after adding 2%early strength agent BCL-NS to the oil well cement slurry,the 1-day compressive strength increases by 82%,the 1-day flexural strength increases by 15.2%,and the 3-day flexural and compressive strength also increases by more than 15%.
