摘  要:采用间苯二胺生产过程中产生的焦油废渣作为碳前驱体,采用一步法可回收氧化物模板合成策略制备了兼具高比表面积、分级孔道结构和氮氧掺杂物种的化工废渣衍生多孔碳材料,并将其应用于水中PNP的吸附去除。通过SEM、N2吸脱附测试、元素分析等表征手段揭示了制备方法对多孔碳材料结构性质的调控规律。其中,HPC-1对PNP的静态吸附容量达到445 mg/g,具有快速吸附能力。此外,HPC-1展现出良好的PNP动态吸附性能,具备较好的实际应用潜力。A one-step recycling strategy of MgO template was employed to synthesize porous carbon materials(PCMs)with high specific surface area,hierarchical pore structure and nitrogen-oxygen doping species using tar residue derived from the production of m-phenylenediamine as a carbon precursor.The PCMs were utilized for the adsorption removal of PNP in water.The structural and physicochemical properties of the PCMs were investigated by SEM,N 2 adsorption-desorption test,elemental analysis and other techniques.Among the PCMs,HPC-1 exhibited a high static adsorption capacity of 445 mg/g for PNP and a rapid adsorption performance.Moreover,HPC-1 demonstrated a satisfactory dynamic adsorption performance for PNP and showed a promising potential for practical application.
