摘  要:为解决现有城镇生活污水处理工艺运行状态判别不全面、不及时的问题,以A^(2)O工艺为例,对运行状态的判别方法进行了系统研究。提出了通过末端污染物监控指标、工艺参数、污水处理设施电耗、污泥排放量、设备运转状态判别工艺运行状态的思路,确定了工艺运行状态的常规和间接判别方法。在此基础上,以工艺运行参数、泥水性状指标、设备运行状态为切入点,分析了正常状态、异常现象、异常原因及故障解决措施的关联,设计了一款可以快速识别、分析故障的软件,为A^(2)O工艺运行状态的快速判别提供了一种可行的途径。To solve the problems for incomplete and untimely identification of the operating status in existing urban domestic sewage treatment process,a systematic study on the identification method of operational status was proposed using the A^(2)O process as an example.Terminal pollutant monitoring indicators,operational process parameters,power consumption of sewage treatment facilities,sludge discharge,and equipment operation status were used to identify the process operation status.The conventional and indirect discrimination methods for process operation status were determined.On this basis,the relationships between the normal state,abnormal phenomena,abnormal causes,and troubleshooting measures were analyzed from the perspective of process operating parameters,mud and water properties indicators,and equipment operating status,respectively.A software with rapid identification and analysis of faults was designed,providing a feasible way to quickly identification the operating status of A^(2)O process.
