摘 要:在太原组煤系地层石灰岩坚硬顶板条件中厚煤层综采工作面研究应用切顶卸压沿空留巷技术,基于中国矿业大学何满潮院士“切顶短壁梁”理论,对恒阻锚索补强支护、切缝钻孔布置、爆破参数、留巷临时支护、采空区巷旁挡矸支护等进行了研究。通过在090703综采工作面应用,保留的巷道顶板完整,巷道围岩变形在允许范围,经简单修复后能够满足下一个工作面使用。该技术的成功应用,取消了相邻工作面之间的区段煤柱,提高了资源回收率。每个采煤工作面减少一条顺槽掘进,可以大大降低万吨掘进率,有利于实现采掘平衡,具有推广应用价值。On the condition of hard limestone roof in the coal measure strata of Taiyuan Formation,the gob-side entry retaining technology was studied and applied.Based on the theory of"cutting roof and short wall beam"by Academician HE Manchao of China University of Mining and Technology,the research was carried out on the reinforcement support of constant resistance anchor cable,slit borehole layout,blasting parameters,temporary retaining roadway and sideway retaining gangue support of goaf.Through the application in 090703 fully-mechanized mining face,the remaining roadway roof was intact,the roadway surrounding rock deformation was within the allowable range,and can meet the next working face after simple repair.The successful application of the technology eliminated the coal pillars between adjacent working faces and improved the recovery rate of resources.Reducing one down-channel tunneling in each coal face can greatly reduce the tunneling rate of 10000 tons,which is conducive to realizing the balance of excavation and has the value of popularization and application.
