摘 要:为平衡高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽采工程与煤矿采掘生产之间的关系,成庄矿形成了井上下立体递进式瓦斯抽采技术体系。在规划区,采用地面直井、U型井、定向井、卸压井等对煤体预抽5~15 a,降低煤层瓦斯含量至8~14 m^(3)/t;在准备区,在井下采用定向长钻孔区域递进式模块抽采+条带区域抽采+密集钻孔抽采技术,对煤层瓦斯进行递进式、持续性、大范围的预抽;在回采区及采空区,采用“高位定向长钻孔高体积分数小流量+低位采空区横川埋管低体积分数大流量”的抽采方法,改变采空区的风流方向及瓦斯分布状态,降低了上隅角的瓦斯体积分数。综合抽采治理后,成庄矿工作面风排瓦斯量降低到17.86 m^(3)/min,回风巷瓦斯体积分数保持在0.2%~0.4%,工作面上隅角瓦斯体积分数低于0.63%。In order to balance the relationship between gas extraction engineering in high gas mines and coal mining production,a surface and underground stereo progressive gas extraction technology system has been formed in Chengzhuang Coal Mine.In the planning area,surface vertical wells,U-shaped wells,directional wells and pressure relief wells were used to pre extract coal bodies for 5-15 a,reducing the gas content of coal seams to 8-14 m^(3)/t;in the preparation area,the progressive module extraction in directional long drilling area+extraction in strip area+dense drilling extraction technology was adopted underground to carry out progressive,continuous and large-scale pre extraction of coal seam gas;in the mining area and goaf,the extraction method of"extraction with high volume fraction and extraction with small flow through high position directional long drilling+low volume fraction and large flow through low-position buried pipes in the goaf"was adopted to change the airflow direction and gas distribution status in the goaf,and reduce the gas volume fraction in the upper corner.After comprehensive extraction and control,the gas discharge from the working face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine decreased to 17.86 m^(3)/min,the gas volume fraction in the air return roadway remained between 0.2%-0.4%,and the gas volume fraction in the upper corner of the working face was less than 0.63%.
