摘 要:对近几年煤矿生产的传统工艺模式进行了研究,在综合分析智慧煤矿的概念、建设需求及框架现状的基础上,提出了基于安全生产的智慧煤矿管控系统的业务架构和技术架构,并进行了详细阐述。系统分析了基于设备层、控制层、生产执行层、经营管理层和决策支持层五大层次的业务架构,以及包括基础设施层、平台层、应用层和交互层的技术架构,并详细介绍了各层次中所触及的核心技术。研究成果可以在煤矿的安全管控、采煤工艺、生产管控、订单式生产、安全预控、技术装备管控和运维管理等方面,实现以人为基础的全过程任务派单、监测、科学计算、可视化管控以及生产流程优化,从而大幅度降低了人的工作量,显著提高了劳动效率,也有效实施了减员增效,对于认真落实《关于开展“机械化换人、自动化减人”科技强安专项行动的通知》(安监总科技〔2015〕63号)起到了积极的推进作用,对建立智慧矿山体系产生了积极指导意义,具有广阔的市场前景。This paper studied the traditional process model of coal mining production in recent years.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the concept,construction requirements,and framework status of smart coal mines,it proposed a business architecture and technical architecture for the smart coal mine management and control system based on safety production,and elaborated on it in detail.It systematically analyzed the business architecture based on five levels:equipment layer,control layer,production execution layer,management layer,and decision support layer,as well as the technical architecture including infrastructure layer,platform layer,application layer,and interaction layer.It also introduced the core technologies involved in each level in detail.The research results can realize the task dispatching,monitoring,scientific calculation,visual control,and production process optimization based on people in the whole process of safety control,coal mining technology,production control,order-based production,safety pre-control,technical equipment control,and operation and maintenance management,which greatly reduces the workload of people,significantly improves labor efficiency,and effectively implements the reduction of personnel and efficiency.It has played a positive role in implementing the"Notice on Launching the Special Action of'Mechanization for Personnel Replacement and Automation for Personnel Reduction'to Strengthen Safety through Science and Technology"(Safety Supervision General Technology〔2015〕No.63),which has a positive guiding significance for establishing a smart mine system and has broad market prospects.
