摘　　要：目的探讨覆膜支架在医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤(IFPA)腔内治疗中的疗效。方法收集2019年2月至2021年10月安徽医科大学附属合肥医院(合肥市第二人民医院)收治的8例IFPA患者的临床资料,均行股动脉覆膜支架置入术治疗,分析8例IFPA患者的手术成功率、血管通畅率及安全性。结果8例IFPA患者全部成功置入Fluency覆膜支架,术后即刻造影示瘤腔隔绝完全,均无内漏发生,载瘤动脉血流通畅,无手术死亡及严重并发症发生。术后3、12个月,均无假性动脉瘤复发,均未出现间歇性跛行、肌肉萎缩、乏力等临床表现,彩色多普勒超声或计算机断层扫描血管成像(CTA)均无瘤体复发及支架移位、断裂、栓塞和内瘘。结论覆膜支架可充分覆盖瘤腔破口,挽救患者生命,有望成为IFPA患者血管重建方法之一。Objective To investigate the efficacy of covered stent in endovascular treatment of iatrogenic femoral pseudoaneurysm(IFPA).Method The clinical data of 8 IFPA patients admitted to Hefei Hospital Affiliated to Hefei Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University(the Second People's Hospital of Hefei),from February 2019 to October 2021 were collected.All patients underwent femoral artery-covered stent implantation.The surgical success rate,vascular patency rate,and safety of 8 patients with IFPA were analyzed.Result All 8 patients with IFPA were successfully implanted with Fluency-covered stents,immediate postoperative angiography showed that the tumor cavity was completely isolated without the occurrence of endoleak,the blood flow of the parent artery was smooth,there were no surgical deaths or serious complications.There was no recurrence of pseudoaneurysm at 3 and 12 months after the surgery,no clinical manifestations such as intermittent claudication,muscle atrophy,fatigue occurred.Color Doppler ultrasound or computed tomography angiography(CTA)found no tumor recurrence,stent migration,rupture,embolization,or internal fistula.Conclusion The covered stent could fully cover the rupture of the tumor cavity and save patients'lives.It is expected to become one of the most promising vascular reconstruction methods in patients with IFPA.
