摘　　要：下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)是外周动脉疾病中具有代表性的一类疾病,相比于股动脉、髂动脉病变,膝下动脉病变治疗难度较大,特别是胫前、胫后动脉的病变,远期通畅率较低,导致截肢率较高。使用大隐静脉搭桥的传统手术在实践中存在许多问题,所以膝下动脉血运重建领域的一个突出方面是微创技术的不断发展,血管腔内手术包括血管成形术和支架植入术。近年来,随着医学技术的不断进步,药物洗脱支架(DES)和减容技术发展迅速,降低了侵入性损伤,加快了患者的恢复。随着血管体等概念的普及,精确定位狭窄动脉的能力标志着治疗方式的转变。Lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)is a representative type of peripheral arterial disease.Compared to femoral and iliac artery lesions,the treatment of infrapopliteal artery lesions is more difficult,especially for lesions of the anterior and posterior tibial arteries,which have lower long-term patency rate and lead to a higher amputation rate.The traditional surgery of using great saphenous vein bypass grafting has many problems in practice,so the prominent aspect in the field of inferior knee artery revascularization is the continuous development of minimally invasive technology.Intravascular surgery includes angioplasty and stent implantation.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of medical technology,drug eluting stent(DES)and volume reduction technologies have developed rapidly,reducing invasive injuries and accelerating patient recovery time.With the popularization of concepts such as vascular body,the ability to accurately locate narrowed arteries marks a paradigm shift in treatment.
