阿法骨化醇片结合续苓健骨颗粒对骨质疏松症患者骨密度与血清钙磷指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究阿法骨化醇片结合续苓健骨颗粒对骨质疏松症患者骨密度与血清钙磷指标的影响。方法:选取我院2022年3月至2022年6月期间收治的114例骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组(n=57,予以阿法骨化醇片0.5 mg口服)、观察组(n=57,口服阿法骨化醇片0.5μg、续苓健骨颗粒一袋),治疗1 m后对比临床疗效,治疗1 m后对比临床疗效,同时采用酶联免疫分析方法测定I型原胶原N端前肽(Type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide,PINP)、I型胶原交联C-末端肽(C-terminal peptides,CTX)、血清碱性磷酸酶(Alka line phosphatase,ALP)的水平,X线骨密度测定器测量骨密度值,生化法检测血清钙、磷的水平。结果:治疗后观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨代谢水平较对照组改善明显,骨密度T值(T-score)、血清钙磷较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿法骨化醇片、续苓健骨颗粒的联合作用效果更明显,且安全可靠,利于调节患者骨代谢、血清钙磷水平,增加骨密度数值。Objective:To explore the effects of alfacalcidol tablets combined with Xuling Jiangu granules on bone mineral density and serum calcium and phosphorus in patients with osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 114 patients with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(n=57,alfacalcidol 0.5μg,orally)and the observation group(n=57,alfacalcidol 0.5μg+a bag of Xuling Jiangu granules,orally).After treatment for 1 m,the clinical efficacy was compared.At the same time,the levels of type I procollagen N-terminal peptide(PINP),type I collagen cross-linked C-terminal peptides(CTX),and serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)were measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay.Bone mineral density was measured by X-ray bone densitometer,and serum calcium and phosphorus levels were measured by biochemical method.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of bone metabolism in the observation group was significantly improved.The T-score of bone density,serum calcium and phosphorus were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined effect of alfacalcidol tablets and Xuling Jiangu granules is more obvious,safe,and reliable,which is beneficial to regulate bone metabolism,serum calcium,and phosphorus levels,and increase bone mineral density.
