摘 要:目的:探究多功能治疗仪联合悬吊训练(Sling exercise training,S-E-T)在神经根型颈椎病(Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)患者康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月至2022年4月河南信阳市人民医院收治的100例CSR患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组应用S-E-T治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用多功能治疗仪治疗,均治疗4 w。比较治疗前、治疗4 w时两组疼痛程度、颈椎活动度及颈椎曲度、颈椎功能、以及两组治疗结束时的满意度。结果:治疗4 w时,两组简易麦吉尔疼痛问卷(Short form-McGill pain questionnaire,SF-MPQ)各维度评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(Neck Disability Index,NDI)评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组颈椎活动度和颈椎曲度均明显增大,且观察组明显大于对照组(P<0.05);两组日本骨科协会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA)评分均明显提高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束时,观察组的满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多功能治疗仪联合S-E-T可减轻CSR患者疼痛程度,改善颈椎活动度及颈椎曲度,有助于患者颈椎功能的恢复,患者满意度高。Objective:To explore the effect of multifunctional therapeutic apparatus combined with sling exercise training(Sling exercise training,S-E-T)in the rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR).Methods:A total of 100 CSR patients admitted to Xinyang People's Hospital in Henan from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with S-E-T,and the observation group was treated with multifunctional therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group,and both were treated for 4 weeks.The degree of pain,cervical mobility,cervical curvature,cervical function and satisfaction at the end of treatment were compared between the two groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:At 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of Short form-McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)and Neck Disability Index(NDI)in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The range of motion and curvature of cervical vertebrae in the two groups increased significantly compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA)scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,the satisfaction score of the observation group on this treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multifunctional therapeutic apparatus combined with S-E-T can reduce the pain degree of CSR patients,improve cervical mobility and curvature,and contribute to the recovery of cervical spine function,with high patient satisfaction.
