摘　　要：目的:观察右美托咪定对老年腹腔镜胆囊摘除术患者麻醉镇静镇痛效果和认知功能的影响。方法:选取2020年10月至2023年8月期间于本院接受腹腔镜胆囊摘除术的60例老年胆囊结石患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组使用静吸复合麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上增加右美托咪定。对比两组镇静效果、镇痛效果及术后认知功能。结果:观察组镇静效果、镇痛效果及患者术后认知功能均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年腹腔镜胆囊摘除术患者使用右美托咪定镇静效果确切,镇痛效果明显,并对患者术后认知功能的影响更小。Objective:To observe the impact of dexmedetomidine on sedative and analgesic effects and cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hospital from October 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given combined intravenous-inhalation anesthesia,while the observation group was given anesthesia with dexmedetomidine on the basis of the anesthesia of control group.Sedative effects,analgesic effects,and postoperative cognitive function in the two groups were compared.Results:Sedative effect,analgesic effect,and postoperative cognitive function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying dexmedetomidine to elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can achieve significant sedative and analgesic effects,with less influence on postoperative cognitive function.
