摘  要:在配电线路发生局部故障时,当前主要通过故障显示器定位故障区段,导致馈线自动化动作的时间较长。依托局部最大故障解释可信度,设计了一种新的配电线路就地型馈线自动化方法。以联络开关为分隔点划分供电区域,并整定区域内开关运行时间。根据故障指示器的拒动率和误动率,计算配电线路的局部最大故障解释可信度,并通过递推计算定位最大可疑故障区段。结合真空断路器和试探电阻器,设计新型自适应重合闸装置,建立就地型馈线自动化方案。实验结果显示:所提方法与基于无线通信和基于逻辑节点的方法相比,馈线自动化动作的时间分别减少了36.62%和50.00%,可满足自动化配电的实时性要求。In case of local fault of distribution line,the fault section is mainly located through the fault display,which leads to a long operation time of feeder automation.Therefore,based on the maximum reliability of local fault interpretation,a new local feeder automation method of distribution line is designed.Take the interconnection switch as the separation point to divide the power supply area,and set the operation time of the switch in the area.According to the failure rate and malfunction rate of the fault indicator,the local maximum fault interpretation reliability of the distribution line is calculated,and the maximum suspicious fault section is located through recursive calculation.Combined with vacuum circuit breaker and trial resistor,a new adaptive reclosing device is designed,and a local feeder automation scheme is established.The experimental results show that compared with the methods based on wireless communication and logical nodes,the feeder automation action time is reduced by 36.62%and 50%,meeting the realtime requirements of automatic distribution.
