摘 要:在矿山装备数字化运维过程中存在较大的难度,因此需要综合利用数字孪生和云计算以及机器学习技术等,完善基于物联网的矿山设备数字化运维体系,根据矿山装备数字运维逻辑模仿相应的场景,可以三维重建矿山场景,还可以协同调度设备,智能化的诊断装备故事,预测性的维护装备。可以推动矿山装备运维数字化发展,实现矿山产业智能发展目标。There are significant difficulties in the digital operation and maintenance process of mining equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively utilize digital twins,cloud computing,and machine learning technologies to improve the digital operation and maintenance system of mining equipment based on the Internet of Things.According to the simulation of corresponding scenes based on the digital operation and maintenance logic of mining equipment,it is possible to reconstruct mining scenes in 3D,coordinate equipment scheduling,intelligently diagnose equipment stories,and predict maintenance equipment.It can promote the digital development of mining equipment operation and maintenance,and achieve the goal of intelligent development of the mining industry.
