摘 要:随着工业化进程的不断加快和经济的发展,人们对金属材料的需求也越来越高。而对于高强度、耐腐蚀性的铝合金来说,其在航空航天、汽车等领域有着广泛的应用前景。但是目前我国铝合金生产中存在的问题主要在于铝矿石资源有限且价格昂贵,而且铝矿石中含有大量的杂质元素导致了铝合金中的杂质含量较高。因此,如何降低铝合金中的杂质含量是当前研究的重要课题之一。本文以精炼剂为载体,通过对高镁铝合金进行实验分析,探究精炼剂对高镁铝合金炉前净化的效果。介绍了高镁铝合金的基本理论知识以及精炼剂的作用机理。得出结论:精炼剂能够有效提高高镁铝合金的脱硫率及减少氧化铁的存在,从而达到净化的目的。With the accelerated industrialization and economic development,the demand for metallic materials is increasing.For high-strength and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloys,they have wide applications in aerospace,automotive,and other fields.However,the current issues in aluminum alloy production in China mainly lie in limited and expensive aluminum ore resources,as well as high impurity content in aluminum ores.Therefore,reducing the impurity content in aluminum alloys is one of the important research topics.In this paper,refining agents were used as carriers to investigate the effect of refining agents on pre-purification of high-magnesium aluminum alloys through experimental analysis.The basic theoretical knowledge of high-magnesium aluminum alloys and the mechanism of refining agents were introduced.It was concluded that refining agents can effectively improve the desulfurization rate of high-magnesium aluminum alloys and reduce the presence of iron oxide,thus achieving the purification purpose.
